Is caused by fingerprint scanner. I poster before & others said they where having same issue. I tried everything on the net. I am trying to hold of till next update. Because I think it's a software issue. If next update doesn't fix. Going to factory warranty. Try turning off fingerprint scanner, if you have ghost touch issues.

Looks like the ghost touch is along the entire horizontal axis meaning this isn't just one small area that's broken, but likely an entire line.
